Hello.

I'm David Dvorin - the one behind this blog. My reason for starting it is based on the belief that I can, should, and must contribute to what I see as the most consequential issue facing myself, my family, my community, my country, and my world - climate change.

I believe the very environment that we humans inhabit this Earth is changing - and not for the better - with the core reason being the burning of fossil fuels. Therefore, I am a firm believer that getting our energy supply away from carbon based sources (aka decarbonization) is THE fundamental goal that must be achieved - and as soon as possible.

Inside DecarbToday.com, I share what I know and how I got to know it. I share resources, opinions (mine and others), and reference material. I provide an opportunity to express your own (respectful) thoughts - even if they do not align with my own.

Lastly, I invite you to learn a little about my background. It may help you better understand where this blog's direction comes from.
